Craig Boundy

Craig Boundy stepped down from the Board as an executive director on 20 August 2024. He will receive his accrued fee to 20 August 2024 (of €23,829.55) in arrears in the usual way. Any tax due on travel expenses may also be settled by the Company, in accordance with its remuneration policy. Otherwise, Mr Boundy will not receive any remuneration payment after his departure in connection with these duties, nor will he receive any payment for loss of office.
